American cuisine
We all know about European cuisine, typical dishes, or products from different countries. Many love Chinese or Japanese cuisine. But what about America? For me, it's always been a question: is there anything in this country besides French fries, burgers, and fast food?
I'm not a fan of American cuisine. It's too greasy and bland. Maybe America has a lot to offer, but food-wise, it's lacking.
People often think there's no national cuisine in the US, but it's a place where you can try real steaks. Isn't it? I'm not a big expert in history or gastronomy, but I think states like Texas have excellent quality beef and people who are real specialists in cooking it. Now, you can even buy such beef online with delivery from Gourmet https://www.gourmetfoodstore.com/wagyu-beef-and-specialty-meats/wagyu-tomahawk. Besides beef, I buy delicacies and other products here that are hard to find even in large supermarkets.
